Alison Doody

Alison Doody has been an Irish actor and model from 11 November 1996. Her debut in a feature film was in a minor part on The James Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). Later, she portrayed Nazi-sympathising Archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989). Siobhan Donovan was Charlotte in Taffin in 1988, and Rebecca Flannery starred in Major League II in 1994. Doody was a model when her being approached by an aspiring photographer. Her career has since evolved into commercial modelling. Doody did not shy away from glamour or nude work a clause which she extended to her acting career. She accepted a small part as Jenny Flex for 1985's A View to a Kill following the fact that she was spotted by the director who cast her. Doody played co-starring in 1991 with Jonathan Pryce opposite the British miniseries Selling Hitler, which was in the spirit of a publication scam named The Hitler Diaries. She was given the Almeria Tierra de Cinema award on November 21, 2018.
